Here's what you’ll get to do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages.
  • Interact with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Manage and lead a team to maintain high production, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Create a positive and exciting workplace culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage budgets for the restaurant.
  • Handle payroll and finance reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Coordinate promotions, events, and special offers.
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

  • Competitive compensation of $55,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
