Roadway Express Stop is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Tea, SD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to help our store succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the convenience store
• Train and supervise store staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory levels and order products as needed to keep the store stocked
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including overseeing maintenance tasks
• Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a convenience store or retail setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
