What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our operations by:

  • Overseeing food preparation and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and handling customer complaints with diplomacy and courtesy.
  • Managing inventory, estimating food and beverage costs, and purchasing supplies.
  • Conducting inspections of the restaurant and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining sales records, tracking cash receipts, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
