Buffet Cook

Love cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen? Marlin’s Family Restaurant is looking for a talented Buffet Cook to keep our buffet fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. If you’re detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and committed to food safety, we’d be excited to have you on our team!

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience!

Things you’ll do:

  • Prepare, cook, and present buffet-style dishes following recipes and company standards

  • Monitor food levels and replenish items to ensure a full buffet at all times

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and buffet areas

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience

  • Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining quality standards

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items and special events

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
