Marlin’s Family Restaurant is hiring a Buffet Cook!

Are you passionate about cooking/baking and love working in a fast-paced environment? Marlin’s Family Restaurant is looking for a skilled Buffet Cook to prepare and maintain high-quality dishes for our buffet service. If you have a keen eye for presentation, excellent time management skills, and a dedication to food safety, we want to hear from you!

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience!

Things you’ll do:

• Prepare, cook, and present buffet-style dishes following recipes and company standards

• Monitor food levels and replenish items to ensure a full buffet at all times

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and buffet areas

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience

• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining quality standards

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items and special events

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a buffet or high-volume setting

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
