We’re looking for a Construction & Equipment Project Manager who’s ready for the next step in their career: someone driven, ambitious, and eager to grow into broader leadership as our development pipeline continues to scale.
This is an upper mid-level role designed for a rising project manager who wants meaningful responsibility, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape how our projects are executed company-wide.
You’ll manage construction and equipment rollout projects from concept through completion, ensuring each location opens smoothly, efficiently, and with the quality our guests expect.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
Bid, select, and oversee general contractors and subcontractors
Lead procurement for equipment, furniture, and décor with a focus on cost, quality, and reliability
Review and coordinate architectural and construction plans using DWG, Revit, or similar tools
Oversee site readiness, equipment installation, and operational turnover
Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate refresh cycles
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams — operations, culinary, finance, HR, and leadership — to ensure alignment on all project phases and requirements
Travel to project sites during build-outs and refresh phases, with periodic follow-up visits thereafter
Work directly with ownership and senior leadership on project strategy, standards, and execution
Build strong vendor and supplier relationships through negotiation and performance management
You’ll collaborate closely with ownership and senior leadership, influencing decisions and shaping how projects are delivered across the company.
As Sky Dine grows, so does this role. High performers will have opportunities to step into multi-site program leadership, standards and process development, construction & facilities oversight, and future director-level responsibilities.
You’ll run your projects with independence and trust, supported by leadership that values speed, clarity, and strong execution.
Proven experience managing construction or equipment installation projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and technologies
Ability to read and coordinate architectural drawings (DWG, Revit preferred)
Excellent organization, communication, and vendor-management skills
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Willingness to travel during build-outs and refresh phases, with periodic site visits afterward
Ambition — you want to grow, take on more, and help build something bigger
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
Equivalent experience considered for candidates with strong construction or equipment-installation backgrounds
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, CM-Lean, or similar) are a plus but not required
Technical proficiency with construction drawings (DWG, Revit) and project management tools is strongly preferred
