Job Description:

Are you passionate about retail and customer service? Do you have a knack for leadership and team management? Sky Gifts 2 at Rapid City Regional Airport is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gift Shop Supervisor to lead our team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management and vendors to enhance the store's offerings and promotions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the airport's busy schedule
