Position Details

• Train kitchen staff
• Food preparation and kitchen operations
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Verify required tasks are completed by staff
• Receive, verify and put away deliveries
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen
• Work with management to evaluate processes as well as procedures
• Support team efficiency with effective communication and execution
