Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment? Sky Gifts is seeking a Supervisor for our the new gift shop located in the Rapid City Airport to help drive our success and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Supervisor at Sky Gifts, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of associates, ensuring that sales targets are met, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

At Sky Gifts, we pride ourselves on offering a unique shopping experience to travelers passing through the Rapid City Airport. Our gift shop is known for its wide selection of quality products, and we are looking for a Supervisor who shares our passion for delivering excellence.

As a Supervisor at Sky Gifts, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for training and developing associates, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the overall appearance of the gift shop.

We are looking for a Supervisor who is customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

$19-$20 per hour; depending on experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons.
• Accurately process customer transactions at the point of sale using our secure POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station at all times.
• Assist customers with any inquiries, product information, or special requests they may have.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a retail or customer service Supervisor role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
